     ENVIRNOMENT
ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਭਰ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਬਣਦੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੀ ਚਪੇਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਵਲ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਲਕਿ ਪੂਰਾ ਜੀਵ ਸਮੁਦਾਏ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਹਿਰੀਲੇ ਕਣ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਣਾ ਵਾਯੂ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਕਹਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਕਈ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ,ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਨ, ਜਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਨ, ਮਿੱਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ, ਧੁਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਆਦਿ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਹੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਖਤਰਨਾਕ ਹਨ। ਵਧਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਈ ਖਤਰਨਾਕ ਬੀਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਜਨਮ ਲੈਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸਦੇ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਧਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਕਈ ਪਸ਼ੂ ਪੰਛੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਲੋਪ ਹੋਣ  ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਪ੍ਰਜਾਤੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਕਗਾਰ ਤੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸੁਚੇਤ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਵੱਧਦੇ  ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਦਾ ਕੇਵਲ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਹੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹੈ। ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਵਧਦੀ ਹੋਈ ਆਬਾਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣਾ ਪਏਗਾ। ਵਧਦੀ ਆਬਾਦੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੰਗਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਟਾਈ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਰਖ਼ਾਨਿਆਂ, ਮੋਟਰ- ਗੱਡੀਆਂ ਆਦਿ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਯੰਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਵੀ ਘਟੇਗੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਵੀ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। 
ਵਾਯੂ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ - ਜ਼ਹਿਰੀਲੇ ਕਣਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਵਾ-ਮੰਡਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੋਣਾ ਵਾਯੂਮੰਡਲ ਕਹਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਸਾਡੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੀ ਹਵਾ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਜੀਵ ਅਤੇ ਬਨਸਪਤੀ ਸਾਹ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਨੂੰ ਕੋਇਲੇ ਦੇ ਧੂੰਏਂ, ਸੁਆਹ ਤੇ ਭਿੰਨ-ਭਿੰਨ ਗੈਸਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਿਲਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਕਾਈਆਂ ਤੇ ਪਾਵਰ ਹਾਊਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਿਮਨੀਆਂ ਪੈਟਰੋਲ ਤੇ ਡੀਜ਼ਲ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਲਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਗੱਡੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਮੋਟਰ ਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਲੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਲੱਕੜ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਨਿਕਲਦੇ ਧੂੰਏਂ ਨੇ ਸਲਫਰ ਡਾਈਆਕਸਾਈਡ, ਕਾਰਬਨ ਮੋਨੋਆਕਸਾਈਡ, ਕਾਰਬਨ ਡਾਈਕਸਾਈਡ ਹਾਈਡ੍ਰੋਜਨ ਸਲਫਾਈਡ ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੋਰ ਹਾਈਡਰੋ ਕਾਰਬਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਲੀਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਜਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ - ਅੱਜ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਹਵਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਉਤਲਾ ਪਾਣੀ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਹੈ, ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜ਼ਹਿਰੀਲਾ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ।ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੀਵਰੇਜ ਦਾ ਸਮੁੱਚਾ ਗੰਦ ਨਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਲਿਆਂ ਦਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।ਸਨਅਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ ਜ਼ਹਿਰੀਲਾ ਤਰਲ ਮਾਦਾ ਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਝੀਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਅੰਤ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ।ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਖਾਦਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਹਿਰੀਲੀਆਂ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਦਾ ਛਿੜਕਾਅ ਧਰਤੀ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਮਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
 ਮਿੱਟੀ-ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ - ਹਵਾ ਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਦੀ  ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਿਤ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ।ਕਾਗਜ਼ ਦੇ ਗੁੱਦੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਿੱਲਾਂ, ਤੇਲ ਸੋਧਕ ਕਾਰਖਾਨੇ ਤੇ ਢਲਾਈ ਤੇ ਕਾਰਖਾਨੇ ਕਈ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਰਸਾਇਣਾਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਕਚਰਾ ਤੇ ਸੁਆਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਸੁੱਟਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਕੂੜਾ-ਕਰਕਟ, ਪੁਰਾਣੀਆਂ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰਾਂ, ਟੁੱਟਾ-ਫੁੱਟਾ ਫਰਨੀਚਰ, ਪਲਾਸਟਿਕ ਦੇ ਲਿਫ਼ਾਫ਼ੇ, ਬੋਤਲਾਂ, ਲੋਹੇ, ਕੱਚੇ ਤੇ ਚੀਨੀ ਦਾ  ਸਾਮਾਨ, ਟਾਇਰ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਖਿਲਾਰਾ ਤੇ ਢੇਰ ਭੂ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ ਦਾ ਹੁਲੀਆ ਵਿਗਾੜ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਹਾਵਣੇ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਘਿਨਾਉਣਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਿਤ ਵੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।ਧਰਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਜੰਗਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੱਟਣ ਨਾਲ ਤੇ ਕਾਰਖ਼ਾਨੇ ਲੱਗਣ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਰਬਨ ਡਾਈਆਕਸਾਈਡ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਵਧ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਅਸਮਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਉਪਰ ਇਕੱਠੀ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਸੂਰਜ ਦੀ ਗਰਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਕਲਣ ਦਿੰਦੀ ,ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਾਵੇ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਕਤਾ ਵਧਣ ਨਾਲ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਗਰਮੀ ਵਧ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਹਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕੱਠੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਜ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੱਦਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਣ ਨਾਲ ਤੇਜ਼ਾਬੀ ਮੀਂਹ ਪੈ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਪਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਵਧਦੀ ਆਬਾਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਲਾਲਸਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਉਪਜੀਆਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਘੱਟ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਕੰਮ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਕੁਦਰਤ ਦਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਵਿਗੜਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਪਰਲਾ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਨ ਪਲੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ। ਆਬਾਦੀ ਘਟਣ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਟਾਈ ਘਟਾਈ ਜਾ ਸਕੇਗੀ,ਤੇ ਕਾਰਖਾਨਿਆਂ, ਮੋਟਰਾਂ-ਗੱਡੀਆਂ, ਖੇਤੀ ਉਪਕਰਨਾ, ਕੀੜੇਮਾਰ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ, ਖਾਦਾਂ ਤੇ ਧੁਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਯੰਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਘਟੇਗੀ।ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਵੀ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

          ਫਸਲ ਫਾਊਂਡੇਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਧਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਪਰਾਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।ਵਧਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਥਾਂ-ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਨੁੱਕੜ ਨਾਟਕ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਸੁਝਾਅ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਸਮਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦਰੱਖਤ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੀ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਰੱਖਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
