Unemployment is a serious social and economic concern almost all over the world.  Governments of all countries  are trying to reduce unemployment by adopting sustainable measures to increase numbers of jobs ,skill the youth & others. With unemployment there is an increase in Poverty.  Poverty leads to beggary. There is an also increase in crime such as murder & rape in the society due to unemployment. The unemployed also suffer from depression.

 FASAL FOUNDATION is taking steps to abolish unemployment by providing employments to them & providing them training in different skills free of cost. Helping them in their future placements.
