Man & women are one of the major components of society.
Since the formation of the society,there has been discrimination on how society looks on both the genders.
It is through the lens of the society that we build our conceptions.women are considered as being inferior to men on the aspect of physical strength and working capabilities.

  Although this has been a prejudiced concept still the society  moves on with this thought and idea.Women have always been deprived of certain things which only men get the liability to enjoy all together.Society decides the role of the women and builds certain parameters in which it judges and makes the conclusion about women.but with the coming of the modern era,it is being noticed that women are getting space and opportunities to prove themselves as well.

There has been the system of reservation given to the women in many aspects which has enabled the women to get equal opportunities like men.

Reservation in education,employment and legislature have helped women to come forward with the issues of equality and upgrade in their status. 

Westernization has led positive effect on the issues of women and now they are getting empowerment.

In every field,today women are given equal opportunities and space so as to enhance themselves.The have proved themselves to be efficent in all the professions of the world.

Hence,it becomes very clear to the society that women have clear to the society that women have performed brilliantly after getting the space which the women were always deprived of.

 Fasal foundation is doing its best in a way to respect women

                FASAL FOUNDATION                  KISAN   ਤਿਆਗ ਤੇ ਤਪੱਸਿਆ ਦਾ ਦੂਜਾ ਨਾਮ ਹੈ ਕਿਸਾਨ, ਉਹ ਸਾਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਪਦੀ ਧੁੱਪ ਕੜਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਠੰਡ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ । ਸਾਡਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ । ਜੇਕਰ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ , ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਨੰਬਰ ਤੇ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਕਹਾਵਤ ਹੈ  ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।  ਇਸ    ਕਰਕੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਮਹੱਤਵ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਪਰ ਅੱਜ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਦਿਨੋਂ ਦਿਨ ਘਟਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਜੋ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਦਿਨੋ ਦਿਨ ਵਿਗੜਦੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ  ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਭੱਜਦੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਨੋਂ ਦਿਨ ਭੁਲਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ  ਦਿਨੋਂ ਦਿਨ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਘੱਟਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ , ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਵੱਲ ਵਧਦੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ , ਅੱਜਕਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਬਹੁ...
