 is organising a free Medical Camp &  providing  free medicine's  to the NEEDY PEOPLE. All people's are taking advantage of these Camp's,

As a part of our efforts to make basic healthcare accessible for all needful, Team of MBBS, MD Doctors with the support and coordination  team of FASAL FOUNDATION are conducting free health check ups and Blood / Sugar Tests in various Villages , Where more than 2,000/ people's are taking advantages on each Camp's.



PROVIDING FREE MEDICINES TO THE PEOPLE.




Our Volunteers with the help of Qualified Doctors are making the people aware about illness & helping them by providing free medicine's and check up as required.


Free medical camp's are organised by FASAL FOUNDATION on time to time taking objective into consideration of creating awareness about General health among all of us . Our Volunteers with the help of Qualified Doctors are making the people aware about illness & helping them by providing free medical facilities and check up as required. 


Providing General Health Care Services/Counselling them on Basic Health Care & Hygiene.

So in this way it is really very Helpful & Beneficial for all the needy people and  is an Approach for the sake of Humanity.
